How to use it

1. ⚠️ Important: If you made a reservation and will not use it, please delete it so others can use the resource.
2. Open the reservations calendar.
3. Reserve the PC, software license, or server you need.
4. If you reserve a software license, also reserve the PC where you will work.
5. For PCs, choose remote use or physical desk access when available.
6. Two PCs on the same desk cannot both be booked physically for the same time slot.
7. Those two PCs can overlap only when at least one booking is remote.
8. Save the booking and check the calendar before using the resource.
