Publishing code on GitHub

If you put code on GitHub, it must be published on the Applied Systems Biology organization: https://github.com/applied-systems-biology/. Your personal GitHub project list is not allowed.

For that you will need to be a member of the organization. To join the organization, send an E-Mail to Ruman or Carl with your username. After we approve your application, you can at any point switch to the applied-systems-biology organization.

If your project is not yet published on GitHub, create the repository within the organization. If you already uploaded code to your personal account, transfer the project to the organization.
