Generating ASB wiki covers

1. Use the Breeze icon theme as source for the main icon: https://github.com/KDE/breeze-icons
2. Select an SVG (ideally 32x32 and with colors)
3. Process the SVG with the cover generator: bookstack_cover_maker.py

python bookstack_cover_maker.py <SVG file> <Output PNG>
