After completing her Bachelor’s degree in Bioinformatics at Friedrich Schiller University Jena - she wrote her Bachelor thesis our department -, Mariia now continues her journey with us as a technical assistant.
Her work focuses on image analysis support through the development of Imaris and JIPipe workflows, as well as data processing using Python and supporting AI-based projects through image and data annotation.
We are very happy that Mariia continues to be part of our team and look forward to her ongoing contributions.
