The ODE/SBM parameter estimator is a framework for simulating, estimating, and screening ordinary differential equations (ODEs) or state-based models (SBMs) concerning particular parameter values. The framework is implemented in C++ and allows the user to choose between different solvers for estimation and time-integration depending on the chosen model.
